So anyway, he filed on the 12th day of april to increase it from a billion to 1.6 billion. Then on july 3rd - before a three day holiday weekend he submits another AS increase from 1.6 billion to 2.7 billion. Then goldy files yet again this time its on the 21st day of september. He increases the AS from 2.7 billion to 4.95 billion shares. The guy was relentless in dumping billions of shares, he was lying like there was no tomorrow, it was disgusting to witness.
