Arch with their superior and disruptive product stands to eat a large part of J&J's market - J&J is a monster pharma like no other. They wiill try to gobble up Arch first. Not to mention, they have the sales force, relationships, marketing and commercialization pieces in place to bring these products to market. At this juncture, Arch does not have that capacity.
