All three lady judges are republican appointees (GWB).
There is so much information available, about how defendants have abused FnF conservatorship authority that any respectable Judge would think twice before ruling in defendant's favor.
USCA-DC ruling is the baseline.
So it will be better than USCA-DC ruling or same
