If Dan promised one of the hedge funds like Adage capital shares to cover their short position in exchange for votes at the shareholder meeting to get more RSUs, some of the other large investors might have screamed foul and demanded Dan be replaced. The question now is, is this why the SP has been attacked, in an attempt to get what they need from other investors?
