A respectful devil's advocate may say:

Todd Star, head of expansion - has been with the company for 3 years and locations went from 3 to 2 currently.

They may also question why a PR came out in January regarding the San Fran location and they still haven't broke ground yet...and Seattle seemed to have disappeared altogether. Peculiar since several mall operators are throwing money at them as they need the foot traffic. Then you have the franchise topic etc.
