Yeah or just cash out interest + getting 10 bucks a share that they bought for 7.5. Seems like a great deal since the SP is below 3..

They did good when they were signing this deal.

If they still are interested in TRW they could probably ask someone else to buy shares in SIAF below $3 in the meantime and buy them back for a 10% interest in a year from now.
