well, sorry to hear this as the OWCP stock price is dropping to the below .10 level

They could be referring to those of us that did the private placement. We got stock at anywhere from .25 to .75 w a 6 month lock up that expires soon. I know most of those investors. None of them are selling. ZERO. As a matter of fact we reached out to OWCP to see if we could do another round and they turned us down. They believe that they won't need money near term and if they do they certainly wouldn't do it here. I was told they believe the stock is above $2 before they need another penny so they wouldn't harm the company doing it here. All of us that invested had long term outlooks so another 6-12 months is unimportant. I haven't even filed my paperwork to start the process yet. It's not restricted shares being sold
