Just read the 10K, read the increase in the O/S in the past few months. This is very basic DD, where did you think the billions of extra shares have been coming from.
There not just dropping from the sky. As i have said several times dilution is the only thing holding this back and has the potential to completely the pps.
Look at the last 10K. They had a total of just over $2.2 million in convertible debt and associated interest on the books as of March 31, 2016. They also disclosed they converted about $900K of that since then for 6.757 Billion shares.
That leaves well over a million left of CD's and interest. And the new convertible debt they took out the last few months suggest they are quite aways away from "eliminating" that type of debt.
And right now they are in a great conversion window for setting the price given the recent spike in the pps.
DO NOT GET SHAKEN OUT! Must read! We fell to .0029 earlier this week on a fast shakeout then we ran to .006's the next day and .0072 yesterday. The people that loaded the shakeouts and dips were up 120% in only 2 trading days! The BVTK chart reset and cooled the RSI there for the next leg up to pennies. Shakeouts are common before big runs.
