You're absolutely dead-on right. Anyone who's been in the OTC long enough knows what happens to whatever occurred in the past when a ticker dies. All hopes and dreams die with it.
If this ticker is ever used again, and that's doubtful, it starts with a clean slate. And a horrible past.
No CEO, CFO or board members on the board... You sure about that? No doubt those 3-4 elements have left the building ... No recent filing so hard to say if any assets were retained in either ENTI/PTEL or SREH
Common holders screwed for sure... Though I do hope the A list comes back and pick up there bags soon. They left so quick ... Seems they left 34 million and change behind ...

Personally just going on the last known CEO information of $2-5 and rolling with it...People speculate all the time ... I just do it loudly .
