Well hopefully the house project keeps you busy and occupied. Life is full of bumps along the way and we just have to pick up after we hit one and move forward. Mine is rough Cedar which looks nice but tends to get all dark colored and Black after 7-8 years and needs a good power washing before re staining. Once restained it looks brand new again but a lot of work doing it. I've got the front and one side done so far. Hope to finish the remainder this Summer yet but if not, I'm all good with doing the rest next year. I'm in several right now. EQST doing the best right now. Got in at 01 and 02 2 weeks ago today and now at 07. Low float and I can see it making a crazy move to .50-$1
