There is no dark period that blocks out news. This is true for all stocks.
Significant developments that materially effect financials (5%), must be disclosed no matter when.
Dark periods ban insiders from dealing in corp. stock or making any pro forms statements. That's all.
Company news is released at the normal course of business.
It's amazing how few people understand dark periods.
