My ex-wife and I divorced in 2000; she immediately married Jim Medford who at the time was an LT. on the Buncombe County Sheriffs Department in NC. Bobby Medford was the Sherriff.
Jim Medford was abusive to my ex-wife and she would not leave him. Our son was a child at the time and she still wanted joint custody which I refused and a horrific custody battle ensued.
I won full custody of my son but could not leave the area so my ex could have access to supervised visits with our son. Within one week of this ruling; the Medford’s had me charged with a whole host of false and misleading charges.

MNZO and manzopharma.com are not associated; when the SEC sanctioned the previous management of MNZO https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2017/comp-pr2017-33.pdf they were required to resign. They also moved the operating company from MNZO. MNZO has always been a holding company. Gerasimos Morfesis purchased the controlling block from Kenneth Manzo but never did anything with the company; his intention was to just flip it which he did when I purchased the controlling block from him. I do plan to change the name from Manzo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to Manzo Holdings Inc.; I am just waiting for approval from regulators. Once this is completed I will update the company profile on www.otcmarkets.com

I believe he has cleared some things up nicely. If you have any questions email him and ask him. He says he will answer them and that he has nothing to hide.
