Yes, you're right. I see that $4 and multiple other business requirements are involved. (I was thinking of the requirement to avoid de-listing, I guess.) So $1 might make SGBY attractive to investors for other reasons. I think WW desperately wants to get out of the penny/flipping/PR-driven environment.
