You're definitely not in denial...as the FDA spokeswoman clearly instructed the panel that they were supposed to be voting on the IV abuse deterrence...and she even went so far as to instruct them to assume that all their other concerns over the blue dye, nasal and oral had already had studies completed...but by that midnight hour the panel had already made their decision to reject the recommendation due to all the afternoon confusion as to what the hell they were even supposed to be voting on.

So yes there's still a slim chance the FDA grants tentative approval and IPCI and soon to be announced partner undertake the blue dye safety and the oral and nasal category 3 studies while IPCI's legal team works through the Purdue patent challenge suit over the next several months...but it's a slim chance since the FDA doesn't like going against the panel votes of adcoms right lol

Today's panel left so much to ponder.

So Rexista is far less viscous (8X less) than OxyContin which practically means you can't even get it into a syringe... but there is a small window of time that it's same as OxyContin and as injectable... as Oxycontin... but if you inject it then and it gums up in your vein... it could kill you???

Now we don't want to kill anyone... but if that should happen wouldn't it become common knowledge and DETER use.

You think the druggies would all be on the internet sharing photos of their "blue noses" saying look at me... I snorted some Rexista, BUT... not share... hey man... stay away from that shit because it will kill you.

Maybe I'm in denial... but I think that either approve Rexista or take OxyContin off the market.
