He's right: it would be stupid not to say he has some if the intent is to sell shares.
Now, if he were trying to be some upstanding, honest individual with integrity, he would have gotten a real job years ago, even if it were just flipping burgers or collecting veggie samples if that's all he's qualified to do and be fairly compensated.
