[Almost A Myth]

From what I gather, Q will be planting crops on the G mining lands. With the current gold mining climate in Colombia being what it is, I think Q will help G be more widely accepted. Locals will see the mines as a dual purpose project that will help to empower the little guys, rather than just some mining company coming in to take more resources.

Just my interpretation of how the two are related.

Because they are not. And I agree, I like it that way too. 2 separate companies, 2 separate financials, 2 separate stocks, 2 separate revenues, 2 separate SIC classes. If the crops dry up, the mining will continue. If the mining equipment gets a flat tire, the seeds still get planted. They both need USAID funding, but beyond that there is no connection between the 2, other than a common director.
