If the company gets RS approval, delisting will be unlikely. I agree that most people expected this announcement, but the drop in stock price today indicates imo some people hoped that the piece of news would be b/o instead. It was not logical imo to buy before this news hit if it was expected. That would apply to all buyers this week.
