There is skepticism about validity of previous offers and I can't say too often people are not going to be happy if there is a valid offer but less than $75 million.
1) European revenue very disappointing unless 2nd qtr was very nice
2) icc 2nd step and bigger step of clinical plan has estimated end dt in 2023 according clinicaltrials.gov
