I agree. I invested into ONCI because as always, I researched the CEO and found his track record to be one worth betting on with a newly formed ticker. Of course, the announcement of the share reduction sealed the deal for me. My first buy was too high but I've been able to average down to .0011. Normally I would just take the loss, but I really LOVE the distracted driving app scenario, which will be our big $$-maker, given the sales we've experienced.
But I really want to know...IS THE SHARE REDUCTION STILL ON THE TABLE? I believe we simply have to wait for redomicile and name change before restructuring, but a little 'tip of the hat' regarding this would be appreciated since the cat was let out of the bag almost a year ago.
