Yep. They are now current on the filings. The most recent 10-Q was filed yesterday. According to the filing there is no negative change in the NRG (Illegal Burger) merger. However, it is unknown if NRG (James Nixon) has provided Mr Gorny with the required information. Also, I guess we are still awaiting the cancellation of the 60,000 shares owned by Mayya Khalay and for WCVC to "file a Certificate of Designation of the Series A Preferred Stock with the Nevada Secretary of State."

On another note someone was interested enough to purchase 480 shares today! I assume they did not fill what they wanted as the Bid is at $2.73. Not selling mine for that price.
