Yeah I've been wsching no dilution at all

When I first got into EFFI last year the A/S was 500M and the O/S was 358M now the A/S is 1B and the O/S is 774M. Is that not dilution? It will be interesting to see the new numbers in the next Q. And we thought the future farms was paid for with shares and cash. Obviously that was not the case. So why did the O/S increase so dramatically. The company gives shares to the transfer agent which makes the deal with MM. So I guess its their fault?
