This is a slightly edited version of Sulax reply to Torvecian: I'm sure, My point was that there is no correlation between a large investment and a significant event that would drive price up. In fact I'm fairly certain that if one was on the horizon, DK would have been prohibited from buying additional shares. I know that you already know this.
I'm wondering whose funds DK would have used to exercise grants?
Insiders buying is never a bad thing but IMO is not a tip off as to a short term increase in shareholder value. Unless of course they accrue it.
