It's just all the money that was in this was due to RMAT speculation.

I see the following as the reasons the stock has seen such gains and the reason I own shares in the company:

1. Toxic debt removed
2. Lawsuit from Nothrstar that could have bankrupted company settled
3. Addition of a seasoned professional on the BOD
4. Agreement with GACP to fund 10 new clinics with $500k upfront cash.
5. GACP agrees to fund Marketing costs for next 3 years (largest drain on revenues)
6. 50% increase in revenues to $3 mil in 2016
7. First time ever with positive cash on hand
8. Insider buying

This all happened within the last month and was timed with the rise in sp. I don't believe that FDA designation has been priced in yet because we sit on the pinks. The stock is worth over a buck with just the above.
