Just wanted to let you know that I have a copy of the latest presentation from our JV partner but it is in PDF form and I know of no way to post a PDF. According to the presentation they were expecting approval on the 3200 bpd permit in the third quarter of 2017. This should mean they already have it or will be getting it very shortly. Also according to the presentation it looks as if they have done some expansion work on the plant. I would be glad to send a copy of the PDF to anybody that wants to give their e-mail address.
