Do you know the required equity to short a penny stock? It's $2.50 per share in the states. I highly doubt to many investors on this website have that kind of cash, I could be wrong, but highly doubtful with the medical condition flipperitis. Also, if your broker is one of the POWERHOUSE retail firms such as TD, ETRADE, etc etc, they don't typically allow retail to short OTCs. You better have a mil if they are going to even consider letting you use their advanced platforms.

4320 is a federal law, your "friends" can ignore the rule all they want, the SEC will step in if the shorts continue to get 4320 flag. 4320 flags are used for helping identify corrupt investors, otherwise FINRA wouldn't have adopted the rule.
