Agreed, still needs the confirmation, which would be below the black line you identified near the previous highs.

I think as the markets begin to add in risk (crazy concept right?)
That there will be aggressive moves down in securities that were overextended, and sharp bounces in securities that have been oversold and/or suppressed.

I believe that once the adjustments starts, LABD will spike back to 9.00 fairly quickly. For now, just waiting on father time :)
