I don't understand your perception...

I don't see what makes this a "scam".. all I see is a defunct company since 2011. Brand new CEO and CFO about 18 months ago, Zero public PR or business activity since, rather just a website and possible business plan. Stock was pumped and accumulated during height of last years MJ election cycle, but I don't see anywhere where the company has done anything.

I agree it is just dead money until it is not. So either the new leadership creates the deals to bring in a functioning entity or not. All we can go off is past associations and connections of the leadership which has been connected to a very promising Canadian MJ company which looks to be making headway..

I tend to believe when all ducks are in a row there is a role for this equity as part of that, but until then.. dead money but certainly not "scam".
