Almost 7.5 billion shares issued and outstanding plus each class of preferred shares have all been issued (class A, B, C, and D).

DD suggests this POS stock with no sales for years is barely on life support.

Not sure if it will get suspended for breaking the law in Nevada.
Hop-On wireless is already revoked there.
