So you can't answer the question - you have no idea of how this company is operating and can't even come up with one reason why Nicholson would partner with Titan. Also, you didn't answer my question about one's investemtn if after RS the price goes from $3.50 to $8.50.
TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION (b/c I am knowledgeable about this subject) - he's 6 months on the job, he got 8M options that he can excercise later. He knows that there will be other raises in the future why partake in this one - to please you Honeywomb777, to please the others like you that come on and have no interest in Titan succeeding. Personally, I think it was a big FU to guys like you and I liked it. Just my opinion. I had not issue with his position. If we had your buddies JH and RR on when the raise came and they didn't take a larger position then I would have been pissed but McNally, no, he just came in and has a job to do (that you can't see) and I beleive he is making significant strides (which you can't see).
