Better hope he does not pick Rudy Giuliani. He and Jeff Sessions do share a political philosophy, at least when it comes to marijuana policy. During his seven-year reign of terror as the Mayor of New York City, Giuliani’s administration was responsible for the arrest of more than 50,000 people for marijuana.
