The 10-day rule is the minimum time required before a change is made. This is also assuming they are meeting FINRA's criteria for everything else needed. My guess is they are venturing into unseen territory and are getting everything they need behind the scenes. What I do wish is they'd announce something stating this, as this is all just speculation.

I am also stating that this being a scam is incredibly unlikely because what company would go through the effort of amending their Q1 reports so many times, update their name via Wyoming SOS again, and update their registration on the NV site? I assume all of these recent changes are due to FINRA's requirements for ticker change and the company does not want to issue PR behind an old shell's ticker.

My guess is it will happen when it happens. Not putting a deadline, it creates an artificial deadline we have no control over.
