I thought of that, but the other possibility I see is that it wasn't that long ago that the OTC was part of the nasdaq, and they just call it that in China rather than trying to be technically correct. Either way, it won't matter unless they're trying to actually do an ipo and issue more shares...
I just got off the phone with etrade. I asked them if they new anything about the name change they said yes but didn't have anything in stone yet on time and ticker name just that it does show up..he said dolv would be delisted are share get a number instead of a ticker until the company receives old shares and company sends new shares. I also told them that the company has said something about doing an i.p.o on nasdaq. I asked if he has seen this before he said yes it's possible that as they delist from o.t.c they my be relishing on nasdaq. He said that there is a few different out comes are shares when stock get a back to trading are worth open price or we get some kind of new shares not sure if it was the same as we have now or what..hopefully you guys have seen this before and will now how it's done..but I think the main part was since it gets delisted they can do the i.p.o and move makets..
