There is a hint in the prelim 8K which leads to the thinking of

acquisition will be completed before 4Q.

Sept 30 subtract 60 days (tender off days + buffer days = just in case incorrect forms, wrong info filed & redo forms here & there...etc..) = late July to early August = BO 8K news <<<<<< this is the day we, the little, retail "joes" care about = cashing in = kaching!
