It's common halt is placed on the day of the panel review. But, it's not a 100% thing so all we can say is it's likely. I don't think halt would effect the whole day maybe when voting results are in. They PR it, and trading would then resume the following day.
It may trade normally all day without any restrictions.
It is what my experience has been and I assume it will be the case tomorrow. I thought that was the normal way of doing things but perhaps there are exceptions.
