Have you even asked yourself "Why would major shareholders enter into such share reducing agreement?"

Because they know 7.4% is better than zero percent.

Li3 is in no position to raise any more $$$ (they have borrowed their limit) and it will take a boatload to pay for their share of construction. POSCO, shareholders, LPI & MSB all know this...

Li3 will not be part of Maricunga going forward, except as a percentage of some other company that has the abilty to raise capital.

Say what you want about Bearing, but at least they have access to venture capital, and the the US venture capital market no less...
