Noise is not really that interesting. The Buying volume of someone soaking up shares for 6 months is gong to make some interesting music. Right time right place.
Nobody really wants this crap except for a few who think six months of volume means anything. You are right-why isn't this up and running by now. I believe most of the buy volume can be attributed to a few who know nothing, and a lot of the sell volume by bag holders trying to get out. Just my humble opinion, good luck to you.
