100% agreed ... its very very clear with zero doubt ..

They r working with CDEL

The move is as follow: 2 ways watch and observe:

1- They bid low , and let the CDEL on top of them on bid...once they spot a nice size ask they move above CDEL and grab the shares at ask price .

or

2- They go on ask , and sell minimal shares and they let CDEL grab it on their behalf.

Soooo obvious they r accumulating
