Of course, the TA has been the "root of the problem", according to Frankie, from the first.

Remember he said the TA was on vacation, that was one delay, and then the TA was sending some MORE information and then magically the TA was being changed.

I still enjoy that in his tweet he implied that somehow he was the one that sent all the info to FINRA when the letter, from the attorney, CLEARLY said the TA had to send the information.

Maybe Frankie has a problem with reading, as well as, filling out paperwork.
