Win7 can be downloaded free of charge from various websites, but backleveling a win10 PC to win7 could be challenging and there's a risk of driver and hardware incompatibility problems.

My next PC will definitely be Win10, but in a brief trial on my current PC, I didn't like the presentation layer and backed it off.
