The LOI is a good step in the right direction here. It locks other buyers out of the selling company and gives CCTL a chance to stop and analyze the company without putting up cash.

In my dealing with pennies, mergers take around 3-6 months... I'm looking for September-December for this to finalize.

I would like to see an update soon!
