Wow, an additional 4.8 billion shares being added to the OS... now I understand why they're going with the higher (300) split ratio.

I'm assuming the merger and the split will happen simultaneously, as to not affect their plans of increasing AS to 750M.

This RS might not be as bad as the last one since it's contained within a merger, but still not good news for those that are severely upside down and already been through a split.
