Jeff,

I fully agree that maintaining patience is no small and easy thing. Just knowing that we are in familiar territory helps sometimes.

I think we have been in "the trough of disillusionment" for a while and are nearly ready to climb out. Not sure it will happen in the Q2 CC, but within the near to mid future.

Drift and Jeff, a couple of points about Siemens.

The Siemen’s contract was announced in Nov 2016 and was for installation of PrintRite3D for evaluation and testing purposes on one printer used for the reconditioning and repair of turbine gas burners per the 11/14/16 PR. So a limited scope test.

www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2016/11/14/889563/0/en/Sigma-Labs-Enters-into-Agreement-with-Siemens-for-PrintRite3D.html

The amended S-1 in early February indicated that Siemens paid $85,000 for the Inspect package, the modest revenues.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/788611/000107878217000160/s1a1020817_s1z.htm

The June presentation listed “Insertion of PrintRite3D® into Siemens turbomachinery production” as a 2017 Catalyst/Event. However, this line item did not indicate that a contract had been signed like the previous four line items.

•Honeywell DARPA Period 3 (awarded);
•Aerojet Rocketdyne US Booster Program (awarded);
•Add New End Users to Early Adopter Program;
•Solar Turbines, Division of Caterpillar, (awarded);
•Add New Machine Manufacturers to OEM Partner Program;
•Additive Industries (agreement signed);
•Insertion of PrintRite3D® into Siemens turbomachinery production;

So I view the expansion of the use of PrintRite by Siemens for wider production to be an ongoing negotiation as of June and don’t expect any surprise revenues from this to appear in the 2nd quarter 10-Q. Though the release of the 2016 3Q 10-Q and the conference call in Nov was delayed until the Seimens deal was finalized and the PR could be released. So we will see what happens, hopefully a larger contract than the limited test contract in Nov.
