The info in the HEADER here on InvestorsHub also needs to be changed and updated. Do not believe they are going to R/M 2 Billion dollars into this shell. The 45 million sounds more plausible

So the back story on TRKG is that it was the parent of MicroTrak GPS. They've pretty much been silent for the past decade and I believe they went BK. That's about it, closed chapter. The A/S and O/S should be unchanged at 400M and about 150M respectively. Nice share structure for a reverse merger IMO.
