Look at my msg 6704

I think they have received acknowledgement of the application telling that it is in order - so my guess is step 2 is done.

We can wait for 15 day PR to see if application goes to substantive review (final stage) without going on hold.

If we get that PR - then it will be good opportunity to buy.
If it goes on hold - then it could add delays.

If everything is in order - we could see approval by end of October
