BRINGING SUIT AGAINST NNNVC WILL ONLY ACCELERATE ITS DEMISE

If NNVC sued, and there may indeed be ample grounds for doing so, neither Gene nor Anil is going to pay for the defense. No siree bob. It will be paid for by the companies dwindling resources and will only serve to make it go down the tubes faster.

The news I had expected but which failed to materialize was on the scale-up and batch consistency issue. That is the ONLY material issue at this point. Even if the Shingleside works, if they can't make enough to test its success in the lab is moot.

Now I see the stock as a bull/bear battle. The lines, no pun, have been drawn.
