Any interested suitor knows they are incapable of moving forward without massive dilution or in the alternative funding via partnering, licensing or sale... They are not going to attempt commercialization on their own, except for formulation/appliances, at best. Even there...best to "give it up" to the big boys and reap greater $, than attempting to do so (theoretically) on its own and dilute the hell out of the shareholders.
