T-trades are most often just regular trades from foreign exchanges - like from other countries. Due to the time differences, they generally show up as t-trades.

I severely doubt that the company is dumping anything after paying off it's convertible debt with the CEO's own money.

The chart suggests that you are correct. There should be a lot of dumping tomorrow or the next day at the latest. Might not necessarily be tomorrow morning since there is bullish momentum.

If I owned shares, I would be one step ahead and dump in the morning, regardless of how high I thought this could go.

While it is possible to see the positive momentum carry on, it is very risky to buy at this price on the open unless you plan to sell soon after.
