There's no proof whatsoever anywhere in the public domain that CFO Della Penna ever said that to anyone...let alone supposedly to the dolt from India who put out that Reuters article this morning!

WHAT??? I don't really think the FDA gives a crap about IPCI's philosophy... was this really a statement from Della Penna as to what's going on???... a philosophical difference???

Any comments ascribed to me about philosophical differences are garbage. FDA makes the rules, IPCI follows them. If we break new ground on technology (blue dye, PODRAS) FDA evaluates and contributes.
