No. That's incorrect. I don't see anything in that article pertaining to the ratio of startup failures to startup successes.

That article sums it up this way....

Small companies offer the classic high-risk, high-­reward dichotomy: a lot of the former, and handsome payouts in the case of the latter.

Unfortunately NNVC is the epitome of high risk with little chance of high reward.
