I think he is saying it could literally be anyone, could you imagine paying $5 for this last year. John has a lot of enemies as you know. Have you seen the pics of his house? He has a steel door that can stop a bullet to his bedroom, and on both sides of the bed are a dozen guns. This is also the same person who puts a picture of his drivers license, address and all, on social media. It could also be a random robbery, or a hoax. Much like MGT, you never know with John.
